Finding past orders and your credentials
Everything you buy has its credentials on this one page. We never email credentials, so if you cannot find something, look here first.
Opening the page
Click your username in the top right → My orders.
What the three tabs are
The page is split by product type. An order of one type never appears under another type's tab — "I can't find it" is usually the wrong tab.
| Tab | Contains |
|---|---|
| Pre-owned | Accounts with a previous owner |
| New account | Accounts nobody has used |
| CD-KEY | Game codes you redeem on your own account |
Each row shows the order id, game, platform, price, status and date. Click a row to open it.
What is on the detail page
Pre-owned accounts
- The game account's username and password, with copy buttons
- The email address tied to the account, and its password
- Buttons to request verification codes and to read the mailbox
- Account details such as the game library and that account's purchase history
- A shortcut link to that platform's guide
Continue at Signing in to Steam for the first time, or the guide for EA · Ubisoft Connect · Minecraft.
New accounts
Shows the credentials the supplier provided.
⚠️ There is no code-request button and no mailbox, because we do not hold the mailbox for these accounts. Those buttons exist only for pre-owned accounts.
Game keys
Shows the key with a copy button. See How to activate a game key on Steam.
Finding past top-ups
That is a separate page — username menu → Top-up history. It lists the amount, currency, method, status and date, plus an upload-slip button for unfinished transactions.
If you get stuck
You cannot find an order
- Check you are looking at the right tab — the three are completely separate
- Check you are signed in with the same account you bought with. Anyone who has registered both with an email and with Google has two separate accounts; balance and orders do not carry across.
- If you were charged and there really is no order, contact an admin with the time you clicked buy
You opened an order and the credentials are gone
This happens to orders that went through a warranty refund — once credit is returned, the credentials are removed from that page because the item is no longer yours. If you did not claim it, contact an admin.
You changed the game account's password but this page shows the old one
That is normal. The page shows the credentials as delivered; it does not follow changes you make on the game's side. What counts is the value in the game account itself.
