Reading the mailbox of the account you bought

The Get OTP from email button pulls out numeric codes only. But games sometimes send a confirmation link instead of a code, or send other messages you need to read, such as security alerts.

The Show full emails button lets you open that account's mailbox and read everything.

⚠️ Pre-owned accounts only. Game key and new-account orders do not have this box, because we do not hold the mailbox for those accounts.

Before you start

Open the order page for that account — the button is at the bottom of the Email Login Data box.

Steps

Step 1 — Click "Show full emails"

Wait a moment — the system is pulling messages from the real mailbox.

Step 2 — Read the list

Each row shows the sender and the date. Click a row to expand the message body.

Newest first. If you just requested something from the game, the message you want is at the top.

Step 3 — If it has not arrived, reload

After the first load the button becomes Reload emails. Click it to fetch new messages — you do not need to refresh the whole page.

What to understand

  • Message bodies show as plain text, not as a styled web page. That is deliberate. Email comes from anyone on the internet, and rendering it as HTML means running a stranger's code inside our site. Links therefore appear as long text you copy and open yourself.
  • Always check the domain before opening a link — steampowered.com, ea.com, ubisoft.com, microsoft.com — not a lookalike.
  • If you see a message you did not trigger (for example, someone attempting to sign in), change the password and email right away.

If you get stuck

It says "No emails yet"

The mailbox really is empty. Go back to the game and trigger the action again (request a new code, for example), wait 20-30 seconds, then click Reload emails.

Clicking it returns an error

The upstream mailbox may still be loading. Wait and try again. If it still fails after a few attempts over 2-3 minutes, contact an admin.
