Account settings: language, currency and password

Changing language and currency

Both live in the same dialog. Open it from the currency button in the top navigation bar (for example ฿ THB) — next to your username on desktop, in the top row on mobile.

Pick your language and currency, then save. The page reloads with your choices applied.

Before you change currency, read this

  • Your balance is converted at the shop's fixed rate, not a live market rate. Switching back and forth neither creates nor destroys money, but the number you see changes with that rate.
  • Product prices are converted with the same rate, so you pay the same amount whatever currency you set.
  • If you transfer money in Thai baht, keeping the wallet on THB means the number you see matches exactly what you transferred — no mental conversion.

What language affects

Language changes the text on the site and the URL (/en/... for English). It does not change the language of the game accounts you buy — set that on the game's own side.

Changing your password

  1. Click your username in the top right → Profile
  2. Under SecurityChange password
  3. Enter your current password, then the new one (at least 8 characters) twice
  4. Click Save new password

⚠️ Changing your password signs out every other device that was logged in. That is deliberate — if you are changing it because you suspect someone else has access, they are kicked out immediately. The device you are using stays signed in.

If you registered with Google

The page will say this account has no password in our system, which is correct. Change it at your Google account instead.

Checking your balance

Your balance is shown under your username in the top-right menu, and on the Top-up history page.

This balance is store credit only — it cannot be withdrawn as cash. Warranty refunds also come back as credit to this same wallet.

If you get stuck

You saved but nothing changed

Refresh the page. If it still looks the same, sign out and back in.

Changing the password says you need to sign in again

This happens when you have been signed in for a very long time. The system asks you to re-authenticate before changing anything sensitive. Sign out, sign back in, and retry.
