Creating an account and signing in

You need an account before you can add funds or place an order, because everything you buy is permanently tied to it — and it is the only place you can view the credentials for the accounts you purchase.

Takes under 2 minutes.

Which method should you use?

Email + passwordGoogle account
Password to rememberYesNo
Change password on our siteYesNo (change it at Google)
Recovery if forgottenBy emailThrough Google's recovery

Both work identically everywhere else. Pick whichever suits you.

Registering with an email address

Step 1 — Open the register page

Click Register in the top right.

Step 2 — Fill in your details

  • Email — use an address you can actually access; it is the only way to recover your password
  • Password — at least 8 characters
  • Confirm password — must match

Step 3 — Accept the terms

You must tick I agree before the create button becomes clickable. Read the full text in the Terms of Service.

Step 4 — Wait for the bot check

Before the account is created the site verifies you automatically. Usually you do not have to do anything. If it says it is still verifying, wait for the message to clear before clicking.

Step 5 — Click "Create account"

You are taken straight into the site with a wallet at zero. Add funds to start buying.

Registering or signing in with Google

Click Continue with Google on either the register or the sign-in page — the result is the same. If you have no account yet, one is created automatically.

This opens a Google window. If your browser blocks popups, allow it and try again.

Forgotten password

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password
  2. Enter the email you registered with and click Send reset link
  3. Open your inbox (check the spam folder too) and click the link
  4. Set a new password

⚠️ The link works once and expires. If you refresh the reset page partway through, the link stops working and you have to request a new one. That is a security design, not a bug.

You can request another link once the countdown on the page finishes.

If you get stuck

It says "too many attempts, please wait and try again"

Too many wrong passwords in a row. The system locks briefly to stop password guessing. Wait 15-30 minutes, or use Forgot password instead.

It says the bot check failed

Click again. If it still fails, try disabling your ad blocker or switching browsers — the check runs through an external script that some blockers stop.

It says the account is disabled

Contact an admin and tell them the email address. Do not create a second account — balance and orders do not transfer between accounts.

You registered with Google and want your own password

Not possible. Google accounts have no password in our system — see Account settings.
